In order to reach out to its members, Emo through its fellowship arm, organises quarterly fellowship meetings in the regions. This has been going on in Nairobi consistently since the organisation was established in 2001.

Currently the event isheld in the last Saturday of March, June, September and November each year. The venue for this meeting has been the PCEA St Andrews Church Nairobi.
